SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

• Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests/orders will be processed and delivered within 4 - 8 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email.

• We deliver nationwide in South Africa.

• Standard shipping is R99.

• A delivery fee will be charged for each order below R950.

• Free delivery for orders over R950.

• All orders will be dispatched via our delivery partners.

• By placing your order, you accept that the goods will be delivered to any person at the delivery address. We do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

*Please note that if the delivery address is in a remote area or an area that incurs a surcharge from our couriers, we may need to pass on that charge or ask for an alternative delivery address. If we aren't able to find a solution using either of these options, we'll refund your order. We will always contact you before processing your order should this situation arise.

Eluxe does not cover shipping costs unless there's an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect size according to the label). You are responsible for any extra delivery charges if you miss the courier for delivery or collection. Once the courier has the item, it's beyond our control. Please be aware that we're not affiliated with the courier company and can't influence their delivery schedules or actions.
